Ebbene, me n’era avanzato un pezzetto e, visto che io non butto nulla, mi sono ritrovata a chiedermi cosa farne…
Ultimamente, nei vari fashion blog vedo foto di donne con le braccia cariche di bracciali e, tra i tanti, mi colpiscono quelli che sembrano dei cinturini e mi si è accesa la lampadina: ora me ne faccio uno!

Do you remember the old belt I used for my SUMMER CLUTCH (you’ll find the tutorial here)? I had a little piece left and, as I don’t throw away anything, I was asking myself what to do…
Lately, in many fashion blogs I see women with their wrists full covered by bracelets and those I love are wristbands so I decided to make one for myself!
Ecco cosa vi serve: | What you need is:

punteruolo | awl
-
colla forte | strong glue
-
vecchia cintura | old belt
-
fibbia (piccola) | little buckle
-
filo di cotone | cotton thread
-
rondella | washer
Il procedimento è veramente semplice e veloce… | The how-to is really simple and fast…

Forate il cinturino con un punteruolo a circa 2 cm. da una sua estremità;
-
Inserite la fibbia e…
-
… incollate l’estremità del cinturino allo stesso in modo da bloccare in posizione la fibbia;
-
Incollate con un goccio di colla un capo del filo di cotone e, lasciando un po’ di “agio” per poter infilare il cinturino, fate tre giri intorno al bracciale…

… per formare il passante che terrà l’estremità del cinturino in posizione;
-
Tagliate l’estremità libera dandogli una forma leggermente a punta, in modo da facilitarne l’inserimento nel passante.

Punch the belt using an awl at a distance of cm.2 from one of its end;

Put the buckle in and…
-
…glue the end to the belt to fix the buckle in its own position;
-
Glue one cotton thread’s end to the belt and, leaving enough space to make easy putting the belt in, make three loops around the bracelet…

… to make a tab;
-
Cut the free left end, making it a little pointy to make easy to put it in the loop.
